The Legacy News on the Legacy Home tab shows the 10% offer plus it was mailed out to those who receive the Legacy News by email.
It's also on the Legacy website home page... You only need to click on the "Legacy News" link if you don't have Legacy set up to allow Legacy to connect automatically. Click on the Options button in that window and select Options > Internet Options to make sure you have that selected.
