Sorry, Tim. I'm in the happy position of being subscribed, but not getting e-mails. Thus, I always look at things at the thread level, rather than the individual message level, and I can't reply to messages, since I don't actually get them. I must remember to copy relevant bits of the message.
I want to produce a list of all locations, showing just the long and short names and the preposition, one line per location. The long name isn't actually needed, since I can deduce that from the short name. The normal Location List report doesn't print prepositions, but does produce a lot of (for my purposes) irrelevant stuff. I was hoping that there may be a way to produce the report via SQL Cheers Tony > Do What ?
