I put the name of the cemetery or hospital in the Description field, date buried or of hospitalization in the date field and city, county, state and country in the Place field.
I have a whole notes section for any further information about the cemetery or hospital - plot number, etc or just more info on the hospitalization. Plus in the PIcture Gallery for the event I can include a picture of the cemetery entrance and tombstone and for the hospital, include a picture of that. I believe Cemetery and Hospital are default event definitions - if not, it's easy to add them.
