Hi Robert,

I’m using version 7.5.0.112 and following your instructions I can’t find “LDS
Ordinance Report” – quite possibly because in my options I don’t have “Display
LDS Information” checked.

To test that theory I changed my options to Display LDS Information
Reports > All Reports > LDS Ordinance … and it was there
Opened but All Records was NOT selected
Closed that, reset Options to not Display LDS Information
Then tried the Family Group Report and Include / Event pictures is checked!
ALSO Pictures / Event pictures is no longer greyed out and was checked

Thanks for your tip about LDS Ordinance Report as the problem now appears to
have been solved …

BUT I can’t agree that this should be considered as “normal operations”.

I’m prepared to submit an Error report but would like other comments on whether
people think this is “normal” or a bug.

Many thanks ……….. Susie Z

Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Family Group Report and Event Pictures problem

There -could- be another feature that is turned on that will affect event
pictures. Go to the "LDS Ordinance Report,"
(Go to: Reports » All Reports » LDS Ordinance Report)

See if "ALL records, (with or without) ordinance dates)" is selected. If it is,
select one of the other options to force "ALL records, (with or without)
ordinance dates)" to force to become unselected. At that point, I can print
Event pictures myself, so I am hoping that works for you. AFTER I deselect "ALL
records, (with or without) ordinance dates)," it will remember my settings.

I don't consider it a bug, per se, more of a "better explanation needed" type
thing.

Let us know.

Thank you.

Robert
