Yes, Been waiting since March of 2011. and is way to long to wait.
Still, not access, I even contacted, FamilySearch, and they just keep telling 
me to wait in line and my number may come up. I am not holding my breath.

It is available. Just go to new.FamilySearch.org and register to get your 
log-in.

Some people reported that they got their log-in right away, others are still 
waiting so it appears they're still issuing them in a roll-out manner.
