Hi Marli Picking up on your reaction to Russ, what I would do (in addition to the colour for details with sources) is fine tune my source labels so that the words stand out for you in the Assigned Sources list. If you give your Master Source a Source List Name that you can see easily you can get your quick check from the Assigned Sources list. For example all the master sources that have a death certificate have the Source list Name starting with "DEATH CERTIFICATE..." (ie capitals if it helps you identify the sources you are wanting to monitor, and no caps for the others). Do note that the Source List Name is purely for your benefit and does not usually print out in reports (if ever?).
