Millie, Use Ctrl+Alt+Del (or Ctrl+Alt+Esc) for a soft restart. I would then use File>File Maintenance>Check/Repair. Then try it again and come back to us if you still have a problem, with as many details as possible, please.

That is not the problem however, I cannot get rid of the box with close, F4+Alt or the red X in the upper corner. Any advice? I cannot move to another site or close out Legacy.
