In my view Legacy whilst it can produce excellent reports its format is 
probably to restrictive for a book, without editing in a word processor. It is 
at this stage where you can introduce those additional photos which Legacy is 
unable to do.

I know that OpenOffice.org and Libre Office, and I believe Word, will allow 
modification of the pages, and the Index will be updated to accommodate the 
changes made (don’t set the Contents and Index until you are happy with the 
set-up/content).

Legacy Support doesn't see a solution, yet I'm hopeful that Legacy Users Group 
can help me find a workaround.
