Hi Peter, Have you been reading the other posts on this list recently? This very same question was answered already today, by Sherry. Perhaps you didn't realise that Robert's problem was the same as yours, or you left the list a while back and just resubscribed to ask this question?
In any case, Sherry said in her post... The solution to this error is on the Legacy website at www.LegacyFamilyTree.com > Help Center> Technical Support> Solutions by Error Number. You can also access it by clicking on the Online Troubleshooting Support link in the Support section of the Legacy Home tab in Legacy.
