Thanks to all of you for your comments and suggestions. They are all appreciated. I created a "Personal Knowledge" source to cover both name citations. I'm sure I can find more uses for this master source. In citation comments I entered:
Margaret Bodenmiller-Van Wasshnova often told her children the correct pronunciation of Family name NOEL is Newell. She learned this from her aunts and uncles. It originated in Meurth, Lorraine, France. It looks good. I'll go with that. For the Barron nasal pronunciation, (Family originated in Champagne, France), that is a challenge to do.
