I have no doubt that there are others having issues with the list, but you are the only person complaining so vehemently. The majority of folks (myself included) are using mail readers that have no problems with the Legacy list messages. Outlook has absolutely no problems sorting Legacy messages into appropriate threads. I also have no problems with message threads using the mail program on my iPhone and iPad.
