Michele, Thanks for posting the examples. When the To Do is for more than one person, such as a census for 7 people, do you put the to do on the clipboard and put the same to do for all 7? (connect one location to several people) When the To Do is for one person, such as find death info, and you want to look at several online sites do you make separate to do's for each site? (connect one person to several locations) Ann
