I think those show up if you have assigned a source to the Relationship to
Father and Relationship to Mother fields, which some people do.  For example,
you might site the person's birth or death certificate where the parents names
are listed.  However, your question sounds like you have no parents' names on
the report...?

On the Individual Report for an individual, in the FATHER and MOTHER entires,
there are source citation numbers.

How do I remove them?

Under the Assigned Sources window, there does not seem to be a related entry.
