Question 1. I am not sure what you want when you say is there a way to trace a location back to a document. Locations are entered for Events and Facts for individuals and marriages. When you open the Master Location List you can see a list of the people who use each location.
Question 2 and 3. To me these seem to be similar in asking how to enter cemetery details/addresses. There are two schools of thought on entering Cemetery Names and addresses. One school includes the postal address and name of the cemetery as part of the location for the burial event in the individual's information screen. They do this so the location mapping feature can locate a map pin at the cemetery within the town and so cemetery names appear in the Master Location List. Legacy has Addresses that can be linked to events. If you elect to use the Address then click on the plus sign opposite the burial event and select Burial Address. You can enter the full address details there. If there are many people buried in the same cemetery you can link one Address to each person by clicking on the Address List button on the Address entry screen. Addresses however cannot be mapped using the mapping feature even though you can enter a Latitude and Longitude for the address.
