Have you specified the file name for the report? The collection will not start until a file name is specified, even though the icon shows activity as if the records are being collected.
If you have asked for a Table of Contents and an Index Legacy will mark up the text for these two elements but you will have to use your particular brand of word processor to create them. The file will have instructions where each should be added and three lines of place holder text that you will need to delete.
