Hi, Ron- When I said "Legacy update itself" I meant that I let the application do the update from the prompt that suggests I should do that; I did not do a manual update.
When I said "renamed the file" I meant that I used the Windows XP file rename function to rename it to "Legacy7.lng.old" to see if the file was an old one on my machine or a file that Legacy included in the download. It was the latter, because Legacy7.lng ( with the 31JAN date) reappeared after the download. When I said "the file" I meant the file in the error message quoted in my message, ie., Legacy7.lng. As I mentioned, I "reinstalled the update from the website" with the same results. Sorry if I wasn't clear on those points.
