I am going through process where I need to export updates and gedcom subsets, doing probably 10-15 per hour.
1) Every time I generate a new Gedcom the character set defaults to ANSEL, I use UTF-8 100% of the time. ??? Is there a place to set this default to UTF-8? ??? If not can edit the fdb database and force it to what I want? 2) Also 100% of the time I want Privacy Settings For ALL 7 SETTINGS to be checked and REMOVE [[ ]] unchecked. After setting these correctly, every subsequent new GEDCOM generation forces me to set these again. ??? Is there a place I can set these to what I want and they will be always set correctly, the way I want? ??? If not can edit the fdb database and force it to what I want?
