Tried to find the thread in the archives from the other day where someone asked about adding a to-do item to many individuals at once. Could not find it. So, I'll just write this now even if it was already covered.
I just "discovered" the copy & paste icons on the to-do list window. Doesn't add the to-do item to all individuals in (say) a search list, but it does make the adding it to each person go a bit more quickly.
