Tessa, Yes, probably.  But it sounded like they were going make the program
changes to do it automatically per their own logic, so I thought it would be
nice if using their logic to exclude people was an OPTION instead of automatic.

could you tag the folks who you have added this information already
and then perform your search to exclude them (in searches you have
that ability).  Just a quick thought.
