I make an Event for Fred that his Will was Probated on <date> and state
the names of his Executors and the amount of his Estate. If George
and/or Mary are individuals in my database then I make an Event for
him/her/them that he/she/them was/were awarded Probate of Fred's Will.

If George and Mary were awarded the Probate then they were the
Executors. If they were granted Letters of Administration then either
Fred died intestate or his Executor(s) declined to act and someone else
administered the estate.
