Ron,
Thank you...while I had been actively researching...instead of entering the
data, I had been saving it...didn't realize that I had not entered any of
the data.

As per your suggestion, I entered some new information...closed the file
and VOILA, the prompt to backup popped up!!!

As to the other suggestions, although viable, I personally found that that
"nagging" popup backup reminder prompts me to act!!!
