I just tried the same search (version 7.5.0.116) and got all the marriages I know took place in the town I chose and there were no others listed. Have you checked that the "Clear list before the search" button is selected?

I want to find everyone in my file that was married in Greene Co, GA. When I put MARRIAGE, MARRIAGE PLACE, CONTAINS, GREENE I get a list of people that have things like , , North Carolina, United States as their marriage location. I also get people that have nothing in their marriage blank. Out of the search list, only 2 were married in Greene Co. Where are the rest of them. I have re-done the search several times and I keep getting the same thing. michele Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
