There is no written help for the Legacy Family Search (LFS) tool. If you click Help in LFS and select watch videos it will open your web browser to a series of videos on preparing your Legacy file for the interaction. One of these is an overview of working with LFS. Many of those videos have accompanied handouts you can down load and read as well.
