While there was originally talk and hopes to do so (see 7.0 Legacy User Manual), it did not happen. But there is an upside.
I spent the better part of two months (1 hour per day) reading about sourcing (ESM), going through my sources, revising how I thought about them and how I wanted to make them consistent, coming up with a plan, and then converting my sources. I think today I have a better understanding of why, when, and how to source, I can easily find my sources, and I am confident when I want a report that my sources don't need to be "cleaned up" before publishing. The process really helped me understand sourcing, both inside and outside of Legacy. Take a look at your sources, start with the most important and/or most often used, make the changes and see how you like it. I think you will find the exercise worth it (not easy but an opportunity to get it "the best it can be.") I also find that whatever the task - 1 hour a day of focused attention to that one detail - helps you accomplish the task.
