It doesn't look all the bad when there is something in the description field, but if it's left blank, then it bothers me to have just the date in parens and left justified. I usually generate PDFs straight away but I see what you mean by using the RTF option & editing. Thanks,Julia

When I print out my reports, underneath the photo the date shows parenthesis around it. Is there a way to remove these parenthesis?
