Not sure what we can do... Wish we could string up all the bad guys out there, but we can't.
Hopefully the infected lister has seen this and will take steps to resolve the issue by changing her password. Most likely this will be the only email sent from her hijacked account - this has been my experience. I wouldn't want to remove the person unless the spams continue.
