I am unsure about this. Doesn't your response imply that the default for
*all* living individuals will be to publish the details? As far as I know it
is not possible to over-ride the hide details for the living just for a
specified individual.

Legacy has what are commonly referred to as Privacy Brackets - entered as
[[ and
]] around something you don't want printed.
