You'll probably have better luck with assistance for LTools if you contact the developer directly or through his email list.
The LTools website is http://zippersoftware.com/wp/ltools/what-is-ltools/ where you can find contact information. The program is not affiliated with Legacy Family Tree and was developed by a Legacy user for his own use and decided to offer it to other Legacy users.
