Quite correct. If you "send", say, a Birth event to nFS which you have recorded as "Mar Q 1856, Liverpool Registration District" it appears on nFS as "Liverpool Registration District" and a blank where the date should be. For me, it follows that the problem is not with Legacy, but > requires a change by FS, this I cannot see happening. Yes, I meant to add before I posted that as the Q date format is so widely used/recognized, the ideal would be for nFS to be modified either to accept Q dates in the standard format or to extract the year portion from a Q date, neither of which (particularly the latter) would be very difficult, I would have thought. -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
