Thanks Ron. I'll check the help files out soon. I'm still not at the point
where I'm using a lot of Legacy Deluxe features, but backup I do use. Which
probably means I don't have a lot in the .usr files anyhow.

I'm working my way up the posts again so if anyone else answered, please accept
my thanks. I don't want to clutter the list and hate not saying, "thank you!"

various Legacy functions eg. reports. Normally you should not need to bother
with them, but sometimes they do get corrupted in which case there is a Reset
Button which you can use to reset the file. This restores the default so you
will have to redo all your customisations. Rarely, you may find it necessary to
delete a .usr file, but I suggest contacting the list before so
doing.

up during the back-up process, the only ones which are are your data files. It
is easy to see which are backed-up, because when you agree to back-up the screen
gives a list of the options, and only the files which you check will be backed
up. Please note that the Multimedia Back-up works rather differently to the data
back-ups – details given in the Help files.
