My apologies in advance if these problems have already been logged.
1. I specified the page number appear at the bottom with no prefix. It does, but there is also a page number with the prefix "Page" appearing in the header in the upper right. 2. When I open the rtf file in MS Word 2010, there is a massive extra indenting to the left of 1.35" for all text. I can reapply the Normal style in Word, but then I lose all indenting, including that for the generations.
