I would use tagging by tagging everyone, then untag everyone with a photo, Then as you get new ones, remove the appropriate ones. Or make a ToDo list.

I am trying to get gravestone pictures for as many of the individuals in my Legacy DB that I can. When I do get one, I attach it as a burial picture. I have 508 individuals that I have added burial locations for. I know that I have pictures for 261 of those individuals because I add a comment in the Research notes when I add the picture. Is there a way to use the search facility to find out which of the 508 individuals does not have a burial picture? That would allow me to add them to FindAGrave and request a picture. I could not find a way to add 'attached pictures' as a search option.
