Yes, am using button on individual in family view. However, I have multiple pages for one individual and don't want to reprint all the heading info for each task. At least that's how I'm using it now -- still working toward the "perfect" system ha!

When you create the To-Do, use the To-Do button for the individual, not the one on the main toolbar. That links the To-Do item to that individual. When you create the report, the individual's name will show in the report.
