Doesn't doing it this way via the picture centre mean that it would print multiple times? Or does it just attach the photo to each person and not print anywhere?

There you can enter all of the details on the picture, attach it to a person, and subsequently attach it to as many other people as you want. It takes a bit to get the hang of it but I have done it numerous times and it saves a lot of time, effort and energy.
