I do check all my <100% batches and rarely 'please review' on a spelling issue; just rule violations. ;) --Paula

Then the image goes to the arbitrator. The arbitrator is looking for the DIFFERENCES between the two indexes. If an entry is the same by both indexers that particular entry will not be marked for arbitration BUT the arbitrator CAN see the entire page and can make changes even if the two keys match. For example, let’s say both A and B indexed a child under 5 as living in a particular city. It won’t be marked for arbitration because both Key A and B match but the arbitrator can change it to a blank anyway. Any entry between the two indexes that doesn’t match exactly will be highlighted so that the arbitrator can look at it. The two keys are side by side on the bottom of the screen while the actual image is at the top. If an arbitrator makes a decision that you don’t agree with, you can hit the review button. The review button is located on the screen where you review your batches (where you check your percentages). It will then go to certain people high up the chain of command who will take a look at it. Usually this will be when an arbitrator doesn’t follow a particular rule, not when a name is interpreted a certain way. You should check EVERY batch and see what the arbitrator changed. You will learn a lot this way.
