Managing access to edit a web site is not a Legacy question. That is
something you should address to the support people for the company that
is hosting your web site.

In regards to Legacy created web pages you should not, as a general
rule, edit those once the web page files have been uploaded to your web
site. Every time you create a new set of web pages in Legacy you will
need to upload the new web page files from your computer to your web
host. Doing that will overwrite any edits you made to the web page on
the web site.

If there is other data and web pages on your site you can share edit
responsibilities for those with your cousin.
