All the charts in Legacy and in Legacy Charting will include all the generations. If one or more are missing how could you join generations across the gap?
The only program I know that could do this, and you will have to remove the skipped generations yourself by editing the chart, is TreeDraw for Legacy. You can import your file, create the full chart then use TreeDraw to delete the boxes etc. for the generations you want to skip. There are a variety of line styles to join boxes in TreeDraw so you could use a variation of the lines to indicate that some generations have been skipped.
