Sandy, Now I am having a little bit of down time, I thought of a way of producing these labels from my files, and I can confirm your result. I tried using the Reset button, but that didn’t help either, and also the page options, including “Page Set Up”, but was still unable to get them to print on one line.
I also tried using both the Name Tags and Address Labels, but it made no difference. Like you, I have a distant memory of producing these details using the Report Style, so I’m pretty sure that your recollection is correct. The output is still in the mailing label format. If no one else comes up with a solution then I think I will try Legacy tech help, I think it is a flaw in the program. I am currently using Legacy 7 and can’t create this same list in the format I want. I am creating this list by : Reports/All Reports/Name Tags/Customize/I have selected the 5 fields in the order I want/I have selected “Printing in a report Format” What I get is the fields in a format that you would use on an envelop for mailing. I want the fields to go across the page as one line per record. The pdg file I created in 2010 made the report look like a table. How can I adjust the layout/format of my file?
