You are probably all done moving things by now, but I broke my arm early last
month and have been out-of-touch.
Since it's just 200 pictures, I would just leave them "safe and sound" in the
Legacy folder.
If they are really pictures, I keep the good resolution one on my external hard
drive with all my other photos.  (and there was a good webinar about how to
organize photos)  And if I want to attach them, I save them lower resolution and
copy them over.
If they are images, like of census records or scanned death certificates, I only
have them in the Legacy folder.

Last year, I went through a "standardize the names of my images" exercise, and
the re-linking was excruciating.  Just saying.
