Did you receive Richard's reply to your post? He didn't say if he was sending a copy to you directly so I don't know if he did; you can tell the difference between a list copy and a personal copy by the number of footers at the end - the list copy of Richard's email has two copies, a private one would have one. I'm cleaning up the footers on this email, so you'll see either none (personal copy) or one (list copy). If you did get the list copy, all is working fine.
