Mike, I apologize for this. I actually did start a new thread with my first inquiry. Then I received an email asking for more information. Unfortunately I thought it was in response to me and answered with the email you quoted. That email I answered was not for my first message. I understand your frustration in receiving a message that has nothing to do with the subject line, and, again, I apologize.

All you've done here is post a reply to a previous message (see the subject) which has nothing to do with the original subject. Also note, just changing the subject does NOT start a new thread. Okay rant over! As to your problem, we're going to need some more details. Such as the options you used when creating the GEDCOM file. -- Regards, Mike Fry Johannesburg Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
