I apologize for this.  I actually did start a new thread with my first inquiry. 
 Then I received an email asking for more information.  Unfortunately I thought 
it was in response to me and answered with the email you quoted.  That email I 
answered was not for my first message.  I understand your frustration in 
receiving a message that has nothing to do with the subject line, and, again, I 
apologize.

When you post a message to the user Group, please start a new thread. All 
you've done here is post a reply to a previous message (see the subject) which 
has nothing to do with the original subject. Also note, just changing the 
subject does NOT start a new thread. Okay rant over!

As to your problem, we're going to need some more details. Such as the options 
you used when creating the GEDCOM file.
