 I have been meaning to take a shot at doing this in an automated way,
so spent some time on it today:

It just adds the captions so far, but provides a foundation to expand
from.  For example, someone once asked about adjusting the font size
between facts and sources.  I have another post on automating that,
but it is more involved.  This is a cleaner foundation to accomplish
that from as well, and I plan to add that customization here too.
