Now Ron, just what are you doing posting on a reply in Syble's thread :-) You do not say what your search fields are viz. "Equal to" or "Contains" and are you using the full location?
Have you considered splitting into two parts 1) contains "Franklin Cemetery" AND 2) contains Franklin Idaho". Must dash there is a program on BBC about the are in which my 6th g-grandparents lived including the Quakers of which they were members in the 1700s. I can build a query in MS Access to locate them but could not find those fields in the detailed search tool. I think it can be done with GenViewer.
