Just ran a test to create an individual report in html format with sources and bibliography. 12 sources and the bibliography has a heading of "Sources" and then a stripped version of what should be a bibliography. So I would guess that I am seeing the same thing you are.

It is not a duplicate; it is not the Bibliography. The second Sources list has weird entries that do not appear when creating the file in any other format.
