If it is the same city with multiple pages on each of various years, I split
the years and put multiple page sections on one transcript for the city (with
blank lines in between). Rich in LA CA

Subject: [LegacyUG] Master Source LIst name - duplicates for US Census?

I discovered by accident that the "Master Source List" supports
duplicates.  Here is my example in my Master Source List:

(1) Pennsylvania, Allegheny, Pittsburgh - 1930 - US Census
(2) Pennsylvania, Allegheny, Pittsburgh - 1930 - US Census

NOTE: (1) above is for ED 272 Page 16A  and   (2)
above is for ED 749 page 12B

I believe that I have followed the example as pictured in CD "Ultimate
Guide to Sources" but it does not feel right to have duplicate entries
in the "Master Source List".

What do you do if you find duplicate names in your Master Source List?

Best Regards,
Bill
