I think the only thing you can do for an "at a glance" solution is to add something like "(Unproven)" or "(Possibly)" to one of the fields on the Individual's Information screen. If you choose to do this, I would suggest that Title Suffix is the most suitable place for it. (Personally, I never use the Title fields, on the grounds that none of my relatives are born with titles.
