You can't mark an individual as "never married" if there is a marriage record
connected.  Remove the marriage record if they are indeed not married then
check the box.Ron Taylor

I am working on a Descendant Narrative Report and I don't want "this
person married someone" to appear in the report.  I know if you click on
the files persons name there is a place to check that says "this individual
never married and had no children"  which is what I want to be in the
report.  However I can't check it because it's grayed out.  This can
not be done in the Marriage Information for that person. I know in the past I
have been able to check it but in some files it is grayed out and I don't know
why.  I have the latest built and running Windows XP.
