When you closed and then reopened the note, it displayed as a text file with tabs which do not render well in Legacy notes. I copy the info to a text file and use search and replace to replace the tabs with commas. The resulting text can be copied into Legacy notes and can then be copied back into a text file with a .csv extension. Excel will happily open it as a table again.
