Here's an odd thing. I don't usually have married names "switched on" because I always use a married woman's maiden name in almost all references to her, but I must have selected that option at some time, for some reason, because when I wanted to check the number of individuals in my family file just now I opened the Name List and noticed that it said "Name List contains 4469 names including married names." I unticked the option to show married names and the message then was "Name List contains 4465 individuals".
I definitely have considerably more than 4 married women in my file, so why is this message not showing a more realistic figure? -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
