Hi What I do to overcome this snap is to first open the Legacy file, then open the other window I want so I have two windows open over each other. I then hover over a blank section in the lower task bar and right click, then I click on Show the windows side by side. this lets you have two windows open and they can be resized. It also works for three or more windows if needed,
